The Grants of Land were 7 in number (two of which for religions and educational purposes were rent free ) paying on rental of ¥ 51.17.-. The rental upon Land- resumed amounted to £450.6.8/41 and reductions in Rent authorized by the Right Honorable Lord Grey # 270.11 making a Total reduction of £ 7/20.17. 8/40
